Refund And Return Policy

UNHEWN is a product line under the brand BEKGROUND. This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on unhewn.in.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances. We do not accept return or refund requests for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preferences.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – DAMAGE OR DEFECT ONLY

Return or exchange is applicable only in case the product received is damaged or defective.

To raise a return or exchange request:

• A full unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must start from the sealed package and clearly show the shipping label, invoice, and product condition without any edits, cuts, or filters.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️Requests made beyond the 24-hour window or without valid video proof will not be accepted.
⚠️ Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

REPLACEMENT DELIVERY TIMELINE

If eligible for replacement or exchange, the new product will be delivered within 8 to 10 days from approval.

REFUND TIMELINE & CONDITIONS

If a refund is approved:

• It will be credited within 7 to 8 business days to the original payment method.
• Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

   

           - Order in transit

           - Delivery delays caused by courier

           - Rejection of prepaid order at the time of delivery

           - Incorrect or incomplete address provided

           - Issue not reported within 24 hours

           - Damage or loss of stones

If the package is returned due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect address/contact), only 50% of the product amount will be refunded within 15–20 business days.

Discounted/sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If UNHEWN bears the return shipping cost, it will not exceed ₹80, and only if the error is from our side.
